Group Fitness Training Classes Offered:

Metcon (Metabolic conditioning) maximizes your caloric expenditure by creatively combining compound movements, high intensity exercises and rest periods into one session!  Build lean muscle, maximize your cardiovascular resilience and enjoy the benefit of a high calorie burn for hours afterward through the powerful “afterburn effect.”

Athletic Conditioning upgrades your body’s engine for peak performance by strengthening your heart muscle, improving your circulation and lowering your blood pressure.  This multidimensional training session combines drills, explosive movements, agility, stamina training and a lot of fun, leaving you with confidence and self satisfaction that a challenge was presented and achieved!

Cardio Core Fusion weaves heart-pumping cardio exercises and deep core strengthening challenges into one session, creating a lean, strong midsection while burning fat and boosting your endurance.  Create true functional strength by stabilizing your core muscles that will improve your posture and alignment, enhance and strengthen your every movement, and allow you to walk with that air of true confidence and vitality!

Cardio Conditioning & Mobility enhances your flexibility to reduce injury risk,  improves your overall movement quality using dynamic stretches and joint articulations, and elevates your heart health by building up your stamina. This session improves your flexibility, range of motion, and boosts your overall fitness level by training your muscles to use oxygen more efficiently and effectively.  Experience your body’s harmonic flow as you reach longer and higher during your day with less effort!

Upper Body Strength targets your chest, shoulders, back, and arm muscles to increase your functional strength, facilitate aesthetic muscle transformation, and facilitates improvement in your posture through correct form and core engagement.  Your hard work and dedication during this session will overflow into your daily life and make every day tasks seem effortless!

Lower Body Strength focuses on building the foundation for your body using  targeted exercises for glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, inner thigh and calves.  Your lower body contains your body’s largest, most powerful muscles that are your body’s extremely crucial base.  Develop your muscles untapped potential during this session by building explosive power, functional strength, better posture and enhanced metabolism.  Let every step you take reflect strength, confidence, power and grace!

Upper & Lower Body Blast combines a taste of our Upper Body Strength class and our Lower Body Strength class into one, enabling the focus of select upper body and lower body exercises targeting certain muscle group combinations.  Enjoy the intense, deep dive focus of the selected muscle groups targeted for that day’s class!

Full Body Strength & Conditioning engages your entire physique in a single session, using muscle harmony, movement and efficiency.  ‘Head to toe’ resistance training sprinkled with conditioning drills, improves your functional athletic capabilities while building your lean muscle mass.  This session accelerates your metabolism, prevents imbalances, and ignites the kind of balanced power that makes you feel you can face any challenge ahead!

Tabata is a dynamo exercise concept created by Japanese scientist researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata in the 1990s, that is perfect for busy over achievers!  This ultra-efficient timing protocol supercharges both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, blasting away your calories, boosting your metabolism, and enhancing your endurance challenge in a fraction of the time of traditional workouts.  The Tabata protocol consists of 20 seconds of all-out-work-effort bursts followed by a 10 second rest period, repeated for eight rounds, totaling just four minutes per exercise.  Reshape your fitness heights in this session by pushing your limits even higher, and see amazing rapid improvements in power, speed, and fat loss!

In Person Sessions:

There’s something powerful about showing up in person. Our in-person sessions are designed to give you focused, efficient workouts that fit into a busy schedule, while still delivering real, lasting results.

Every session is **45 minutes** and intentionally structured. You’ll warm up properly, move through strength and conditioning work tailored to your current level, and finish feeling accomplished—not destroyed. We limit distractions, keep you moving with purpose, and make sure you’re using proper form so you get the most out of every minute.

You won’t be left guessing what to do. Your coach will:

  • Guide you through each exercise step-by-step
  • Offer real-time corrections to keep you safe and effective
  • Modify movements if you’re dealing with aches, past injuries, or limited mobility
  • Push you when you need it, and pull you back when you don’t

In-person sessions are ideal if you:

  • Want hands-on coaching and accountability
  • Like the energy of being in the same room as your coach
  • Feel more focused when you “go somewhere” to work out
  • Prefer a clear start and finish so you can get in, get it done, and get on with your day

If you’re the type who works harder when someone’s right there with you, in-person sessions will feel like home base.

Virtual Live Sessions:

Virtual live sessions bring the coaching, structure, and accountability of an in-person workout straight to your home, office, or wherever you are—without the commute.

You’ll log into a live video session at a set time, and your coach will lead you through the entire workout in real time. This isn’t a pre-recorded video you press play on; it’s an interactive session where your coach can see you, talk to you, and adjust the workout on the fly.

 During a virtual live session, you can expect:

  • Clear coaching and demonstrations of each exercise 
  • Real-time feedback on your form and technique 
  • Options for bodyweight-only or minimal-equipment setups 
  • Modifications tailored to your space, energy level, and current ability 

 Virtual live sessions are perfect if you:

  • Want accountability and a real coach watching you 
  • Need something that fits into a tight schedule with zero travel time 
  • Prefer working out at home but don’t want to figure it all out by yourself 
  • Travel often and need a routine you can take with you 

If you’re looking for a flexible, structured option that still feels personal and live, virtual sessions make it easy to stay consistent no matter where you are.

Written Workout Plan to do on your own:

If you like having a plan laid out for you—but prefer to train on your own schedule—our written workout plans are a great fit.

You’ll receive a customized program built around your goals, current fitness level, time available, and access to equipment. Every workout is mapped out for you, so when you walk into the gym (or your garage, or your living room), you’ll know exactly what to do and in what order.

 A written workout plan typically includes:

  • Weekly training schedule (how many days per week and what type of workout each day) 
  • Detailed exercises with sets, reps, or time 
  • Clear instructions and notes on form, tempo, and rest 
  • Built-in progression so you’re not repeating the same thing week after week 

 This option is ideal if you:

  •  Are self-motivated but tired of guessing what to do 
  • Want a professional program without needing to meet at a set time 
  • Already go to a gym but aren’t seeing the results you want 
  • Like tracking progress and following a structured plan

Nutrition Plan Only:

Sometimes the missing piece isn’t your workout—it’s your nutrition. Our Nutrition Plan Only option is designed for anyone who wants clarity and structure around what to eat, without committing to a full training package.

Instead of handing you a generic meal plan, we look at your current lifestyle, preferences, schedule, and goals, then build a plan that you can actually stick to. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress and consistency.

Your nutrition plan may include:

  • Calorie and macronutrient targets tailored to your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or maintenance) 
  • Sample meals and snack ideas that fit your tastes and time constraints 
  • Simple portion guidelines so you can eat out or cook at home without overthinking 
  • Habit-based strategies (hydration, meal timing, grocery lists, planning tips) to make staying on track easier 

 Nutrition-only support is a great choice if you:
